Because many of our products are large, heavy, or shipped on pallets, returns can be very expensive for both customers and our company. For this reason, we strongly encourage you to review your order carefully and calculate materials before purchasing.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for unused, unopened component items only.

All returns must:

  • Be postmarked within 15 days of delivery (based on carrier confirmation)
  • Be in new and unused condition

To request a return authorization:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt for processing.
  • Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear depending on your credit card provider.
  • You will receive email confirmation once your return is completed.
